The Role

An opportunity has arisen for Repossession Agents. It is a commisioned based role with earnings of OTE £50,000 uncapped. You will be provided with a vehicle and supported by a team of  Case Controllers based in the office. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Repossessing vehicles via voluntary surrender or a keyless recovery.
• Responsible for recording every aspect of the process being carried outwhich is done on an app in a compliant and legal manner, in accordance with the comprehensive training provided.
• Treading a fine line between balancing high emotions, maintaining FCA compliance and acting within the law.

The Person We're Looking for:

You must be a trustworthy, methodical individual with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. You must be able to deal with difficult and challenging situations so the ability to remain calm under pressure and being able to conduct yourself in a professional manner is of high importance. You must also be motivated and driven with excellent customer service skills. Ideally you will have good mathematical ability and also be computer literate.

You must be

• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Flexible working hours.
• A good communicator
• Hold a clean driving licence (3 points or less).
• Have NO CCJ's and NO criminal record.
• Over 25 years old.
